OTC 2015 app for iPhone and iPad

OTC 2015 is the official mobile app for this year’s annual One Team Conference in Las Vegas. Use this app as your main source of real-time event information to maintain your schedule of events, connect with other attendees and much more. Autodesk’s One Team Conference is an invitation-only event. Only registered attendees may access the OTC 2015 application.
Please Note – In order to provide you with certain app features, and to improve this app, we receive both individual (identified) and aggregated product usage data. Please read the data collection notice at the end of this description. If you do not agree to this data collection, do not download or use this app.

In order to provide you with certain app features and to support ongoing efforts to improve our users’ experience, Autodesk receives individual and collective usage information about this application from QuickMobile. This information is collected by QuickMobile and then presented to Autodesk. This information consists of: product launch and closure which allows us to calculate length and number of application sessions and their length; events attended and page views within the application, participation in surveys; messages; and general device information such as to which OS version. QuickMobile also collects your email address upon signup and matches your data to your email address, allowing Autodesk to identify which specific was engaged in which activities.
Email address is collected upon signup, customer import, or event registration, but is never displayed publicly in the app.
In addition, users of this QuickMobile application are able to rate various objects through posted Surveys from Autodesk. These objects might include agenda sessions, exhibitors, speakers, and locations. These ratings are collected, but are not accessible to users of the applications.
Users of this application will have a profile set by Autodesk that will display their Name, Job Title, and Company. Users will have the option to allow display of their Email address, Phone number, and the ability to receive in-app messages. This information is displayed on the My Profile feature within the app and would be accessible to other users of the same app via Search, and the Attendees Directory.
These profiles are only accessible to the users within this same application. The data within each QuickMobile application is kept separate from other QuickMobile applications.
The QuickMobile application also may access the Camera on your device in order to allow you to take a picture and post it in the Photo Feed feature inside the app. The user must give access to his photo library to select a profile picture for sharing inside the app.
